I didn't choose Calgary. I grew up here.

Born and raised in this city, I've spent 35 years helping families find their place in it. I raised five kids here. My eight grandchildren are growing up here now. That's not a marketing line — it's why I can tell you with genuine confidence which street in Tuscany gets the best mountain views, which SE lake community has the strongest school catchment, and why the North zone is the best-kept value secret in the city right now.

Most of my clients come from Ontario or BC. They're drawn here by the housing affordability, the tax advantage, and the mountains. My job is to make sure they land in the right neighbourhood from day one.
